That’s when we decided to make the switch to Charlotte. After one visit to the home, she had multiple ideas and suggestions for us on what she would change and then went to work. Since the home was empty she thought it would be a great idea to virtually stage the home so people could see how the layout could look. I believe this is the reason the traffic levels went way up. Along with taking care of the little things like making sure the blinds were all up for better lighting in the home to buy the brightest lights she could find and make sure they all matched. She met with our landscaper to make sure the landscaping was up to ours and her standard. With all the work Charlotte did our home had multiple offers within the first week.
